A group of teenagers out for an afternoon of water skiing come across an island which they explore. Unbeknownst to them, the island is being used as a testing center for a crazed scientist and a couple of agents. They experiment with turning people into easily controlled zombies. The mad scientist steals the kids' boat, catches them and holds them captive.
