Power Plant has gone through several line-up changes over the years, but the core has always consisted of Kevin Nichols (guitars) and Robert Nichols (drums). Roy Prichard (bass), originally serving as producer and session bass player, eventually took on those roles full time. Original singer and artist Matt Friel was one of the reasons Power Plant was able to live up to it's name in a live situation. The four of them recorded and released 'Organic' in 2001. In 2005, with new vocalist Francois Fatras, Power Plant released 'Vortex'. This line-up would go on to record 2007's 'Dead Computerized Zombies' with Kevin sharing vocal duties. A video was released for the title track.
